- Shipping Fees: International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the package at checkout.
Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. The final cost will be displayed at checkout. Occasionally, we offer free shipping on certain promotions, which will be applied automatically at checkout.

6. Shipping Delays

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before placing your order. Palaashe is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
